#note actual rack
>Jackson: ACGHITU H8 GAUCH +30 30
#note missed CAUGHT here, which I saw after I hit my clock and was a bit pissed. looks definitely better here, even though IT fits the more open board that GAUCH provides a bit more - still cleary worth it to play CAUGHT.
>Seth_Lipkin: AHNOORR 13F RHO +22 22
#note thanks to Seth for providing his racks. This looks pretty good to me, Quackle prefers the more open option of HONOR, which it claims is basically just worth the extra 3 points, the other factors are mostly a wash. The sim might have me playing at 14J with a 3 tile play more often than I actually will, though. Still ANOR is probably clunky enough to go with HONOR
>Jackson: ILNQRST 11H .INQ +30 60
>Seth_Lipkin: AMNOORT I7 NOM +19 41
#note I think similar to last turn AORT is a bit clunky with the AO combination - I would probably play OM here if I am going to go the leave route, ANORT develops into a bingo more easily, or just do ROOM or TOOM for the extra point.
>Jackson: LRSSTWY 14H SLY +27 87
#note felt like the 1 point sacrifice to keep CINQS open was worth it, it's the more flexible lane and I get stuff like WRIST or WURST a ton as bailouts.
>Seth_Lipkin: AEKOORT J6 KOA +23 64
#note this time KOA looks worth it
>Jackson: ?EPRSTW L6 PRoWEST +88 175
>Seth_Lipkin: EEIOORT -EOOI +0 64
#note Seth said he didnt think of OORIE here, which looks like the play, probably at M3. EIRT is good but ET and staying closer in range looks worth it. If I was to exchange, I would also keep the I here, which really helps bingo %, especially on this board with -IER potential on the M column
>Jackson: DEIJNNY 10F JE. +26 201
#note considered JEDI for 33 as well, which is standard. It also keeps the Y for JOY plays if Seth overlaps at L3. I didn't like JEDI finally both because of the E it puts out, which gives seth a nice lane for his good 3 tile leave he just kept, and also because it lets him easily play at 4H, potentially forking the board and opening the top left. JEU really kills the top left, killing the F column and making it hard for him to open effectively. That said D(AM)N is also worth considering here, while it comes at a 9 point sacrifice, it keeps a more workable scoring leave, less prone to bad draws, and also does an even better job of killing the left side - after JEU he can make plays like RAJ or AJI at some point, but DAMN forces him to use the 12/14 rows to open - that said JEU does obstruct obe extra lane westward for those plays, meaning I only have to worry about the A-D columns after a long 12A play, rather than the E column as well. I am overally happy with JEU to just run with this board construction and force Seth to do something about getting walled in, but both DAMN and JEDI are good here too.
>Seth_Lipkin: EEELRTU 9K E.E +7 71
#note while this opens a new lane on a pretty dead board, I would probably focus more on extending to the left side of the board here, because he already has a marginal M column lane to work with - I might do 14B ELUTE or even 12B ELUTE here.

>Jackson: BDEEINX N10 DEXIE +42 255
#note any love for BENDIE(R) here? Considered BEEDI/PI for the setup but I didnt like how an O column bingo could block the setup, plus a ton of N column plays will block the bomb, now that OYER blocks the XI/XU possibility.
